Bishops Stortford Osteopathy
Bishops Stortford Osteopathy is a private healthcare provider located in Herts. The clinic primarily offers Osteopathy and Physiotherapy services but can also accommodate alternative therapies such as Dry Needling and Nutrition Advice. Martin, the owner of Bishops Stortford Osteopathy, came to us looking for a clean, professional website to showcase the various therapies he offers and to allow patients to easily find and contact the clinic. We recommended our 'One Day Wonder' service, giving him 100% devotion of the studio staff for a whole day, all concentrating on delivering a high quality brand and website whilst keeping to guidelines set out by Martin. The clinic has a loyal list of patients from all age ranges, meaning we had to keep a close eye on the websites ease of use all the while making sure the website and brand had a clean, modern look and feel to it.
WHAT WE DID
So, what did we do? First, we took a step back, looked at his existing website and broke it all down. We deepened our understanding of what it was Martin wanted and what he needed. A clean, modern feel without being overly complicated. We needed to ensure the information regarding the various services offered by the clinic were presented in a way that could be easily read by potential patients of any age. This didn't mean throwing up the biggest font size possible, it meant we needed to look at what areas were the most important and turn these into 'callouts' (points of information considered important or highlighting any available offers).
One of Martins main focuses was making it easier for his patients to book appointments or to get in touch, and we obliged. We were able to plug in a booking system Martin had previously been using into his website, but we wanted this to be non-intrusive and slick so we came up with the idea of a 'Modal pop up'. This allowed us to create a small, yet easily visible button on the homepage just below the first point of information. Click the button and watch the booking form take centre stage, dimming the background and giving full focus to the booking form.
By the end of the day Martin left happy with a fresh new website working across all forms of media (PC/Mac, iPad/Tablets and iPhone/Android). A clean new brand with print collateral included and confidence in driving his business forward.
